We were looking at new and used cars in the parking lot when Alex Nelson came out to greet us. Alex guided us through the entire process of selecting the car and its financing. Provided lots of follow up information. Handover was made very special.

Sales guy was great, I received a great reception as always. The final delivery was marred slighy due to quality contro issues. There were a few imperfections on the bonnet and overall cleaning finish wasn't 100% but acceptable

Richard Thorne (Snr Sales Exec) was incredibly patient with all questions, walked us through the car set up and maintained good humour with my wife at all times. He was also very prompt responding to mails and made the whole experience enjoyable.

I've not had a reason to use them in anger, the car has been reliable thus far but for a recall and a health check they've been pretty good. Interestingly some yellow and red on the previous healthcheck have become green, but that was more detailed

Didn't expect car to be held for 7 hours just to do mot and brake fluid but saying that was told it will be ready at 4 o'clock and it was but I had a 1 hour travel journey and had already left at 3 o'clock.

Trying to drop off car at 08:00 was chaos. Simply not enough parking at Ash, access is narrow, off a main road, and other customers can be less than polite unless directed otherwise. Strongly suggest having someone direct traffic during busy moments!

I brought my car in for a brake service, MOT & tyre valve change. My brakes are now making a really bad squeaking sound and my tyre is losing all pressure within 24 hours. This is worse than when I took it in.
